Young Talent Program: Transition from Intern to Trainee
Intern
- Contract Type: Not an apprenticeship contract, but a standard internship agreement (convenio) with the university.
- Target Profile: Students pursuing engineering degrees, primarily related to software or with an IT focus.
- Requirements: Minimum English proficiency level of B2; must be located anywhere in Colombia; must be officially approved by their university to complete a professional internship/placement. * Duration: 1 year.
Trainee
- Progression Path: Interns are prospected for continuity to transition into a Trainee role upon completion of their internship.

I enjoy seeing my ideas turn into real initiatives that deliver tangible value. Operating as the Holcim Americas Digital Center, we focus exclusively on Latin America and are part of Holcim’s global IT organization (Group Digital Solutions), which brings together top-tier talent from around the world.
