I started in SAP as an FI consultant with focus in general accounting and merger projects. 7 years later I had the opportunity to start my leading role with the SAP HR team. At Holcim challenges and opportunities never stop, so in Aug 2020 I joined ADC to lead the North America HR new team in Jaguar Project, and the following year HR LATAM team, too. During the last 2 years of Leading the HR Americas team, I was able to capitalize my experience as a leader and strengthened the team with soft and technical skills so they can create their own history at Holcim.
