Americas Digital Center is the technology partner for Holcim countries in Latin America. We are a strong team of nearly 200 highly skilled IT specialists, based in Medellín and across various countries in the region.

We are part of Holcim’s global network of over 1,000 IT professionals who support and strengthen business operations and strategic objectives, delivering reliable results, efficiency, and innovation in digital and technology solutions.

We were established in the year 2020 in Medellín with the purpose of supporting Holcim America's operations, at its core, Holcim's strategy is built on focused investment in attractive global markets, leveraging its established leadership positions for accelerated growth through organic investments and value-accretive M&A. Crucially, the strategy embeds sustainability as a key driver for advancing net sales and margin expansion.
