“I am a Trainee in the Business Analyst team of the BESD group. My main function is to support the BAs in their business analysis processes and document all the user requirements requested. I work horizontally for both regions NA and LATAM, which has allowed me to create a broader vision in the way of working within the team. The main benefit has been working from anywhere, I think it has allowed me to reinvent my way of working and greatly value my free time what has generated a balance in my life”.
